Project Manager
Llevelyn Rhone is a Project Manager for Historic District Developers, LLC and Ensley District Developers, LLC. He brings extensive experience in business operations, community and economic development, project management and program design. Prior to joining the firms, Llevelyn was Founder of Kalenjin and Company, a business consultancy, where he provided leadership for complex, innovative economic growth projects and management of multi-firm project teams, among a diverse array of client and stakeholder relationships and operations. Earlier Llevelyn was the owner and later the Vice President and COO of a utility construction company. He has held executive roles with Fortune 100 firms and federal agencies including McDonald’s, Accenture, Baxter, Xerox, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Llevelyn’s civic and community engagement includes several director posts with non-profit organizations addressing community well-being and economic development. An Alabama native and resident, Llevelyn holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
